Shipping policy

All of our perishable treats shipped nationwide are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders shipped outside our local delivery area.

Please note: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers due to weather conditions, mechanical failures, labor strikes, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or other events beyond our control.

Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states) only.

Some of our items — including cakes and cupcakes — are not available for nationwide shipping. These are available for local delivery and in-store pickup only, and shipping is not offered on orders containing them. If there's an issue with your order, we'll contact you directly. 

Timely Arrival

To ensure timely delivery, please place your order at least 3 days in advance of when you need it.

Order Changes

We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes if your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us at info@sensiblebakery.com.

Once your order has shipped, no changes can be made and refunds will not be issued.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? Let us know as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 2 business days. After your order has shipped, we cannot cancel, recall, or refund it.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email info@sensibleedibles.com with photos as soon as possible. We'll review the situation case by case and do our best to resolve the issue.
